Grand HMS

Overview

Grand HMS sells exclusive regional partnership rights to sign hotels onto its hotel management system (bookings, rooms, guests, payments, reports). The partner gets one protected territory (a city, cluster of cities, or region, named in the agreement, non-overlapping with other partners) and earns a recurring monthly share of Grand's revenue from every hotel they activate there — 20% with no upfront fee, or 90% with a $1,397/month fee. No inventory, rent, or staff required; Grand provides the platform, weekly sales training, marketing materials, and joins early sales calls. Initial term is two years with non-automatic renewal, and there is no country-wide exclusivity — Grand or other partners may operate elsewhere in the same country.
